The Role

NJL is looking for a qualified Planner or Senior Planner to join its team in Manchester, and a Planner to join its team in Leeds.  Successful candidates for the Manchester position will be a key member of the mixed use and strategic projects team with the opportunity to work some of NJL’s most high profile and award winning projects. 

The candidate will manage a range of projects across a diverse portfolio, dealing with clients and local planning authorities directly to take developments through the planning process.  The candidate will also be involved with appraising sites to assessing the prospects of securing planning permission and promoting sites through the Local Plan process.
