Summary of NJL Approach:
NJL provided strategic planning advice on how best to approach the planning process, including pre-application stage, public consultation and planning committee. We worked closely with the design and technical team (Bowker Sadler Architects) to bring forward the best possible scheme to reflect its location and client requirements. We prepared the Planning Statement, co-ordinated the final submission pack and subsequent inputs up to consent, with no Section 106 contributions.
