Summary of NJL Approach:

NJL provided the client with ongoing support through site acquisition and due diligence.  We led the technical team in developing scheme parameters which responded to the local environmental and technical constraints whilst maximising the developable area of the site appropriately.    

We are also actively promoting the site through the emerging Central Lancashire Local Plan, building on the current site allocation whilst seeking a more favourable policy position.
