Seeking to streamline and strengthen their existing manufacturing business, Recticel in partnership with Henry Boot Developments Ltd, approached NJL to submit an application for a multi-functional distribution space.
Working within a short timeframe, we liaised directly with the relevant consultees during the application process to ensure that a minimum number of pre-commencement conditions were imposed. On approval of the application, our team were then retained to discharge the pre-application conditions.
