Summary of NJL Approach:

NJL provided early strategy advice to project team to achieve the client’s brief.  This involved the framing the planning case for development to respect the sensitivities of building in the Green Belt.  This also involved leading on the preparation of supporting technical work to ensure consultees did not raise objections.
