Stapeley Water Gardens is a mixed-use development that delivered a garden centre with continuity of use, up to 150 residential units and 10,000 square metres of b1 office space.
The project involved the redevelopment of the 16-hectare garden centre site and Stapleley Manor in Cheshire.
NJL was tasked with gaining consent for the development and ensuring that the land disposal and phasing requirements of all stakeholders were met.
We project managed the planning application, conduced the utilities and site assessments, prepared the phased demolition of the existing buildings and continue to assist in the sale of the site to the prospective developers.
NJL successfully gained outline consent for the mixed-use development, following which a further phase of the site has been allocated for residential development.
