Brickkiln Development
Residential development with associated community facilities and infrastructure in a sensitive environmental setting
The Brickkiln development, by Bloor Homes, seeks to deliver a sustainable development of up to 1,000 homes. NJL were appointed to project manage the planning application process and provide strategic advice. We have completed the Planning Application, including the accompanying Environmental Impact Assessment and Sustainability Assessment, which has been registered and verified.
Due to its location in the Green Belt and on the border of two local authorities, the scheme has been politically and environmentally sensitive, changing in size over time and incorporating a number of different proposals. Through close working between NJL, Bloor Homes and a high quality technical team, we have been able to finalise the proposals and submit the application, further details of which can be found at www.brickkiln.info.
