NJL Consulting prepared and submitted an outline planning application for a 100,000 sqft foodstore on the site of the existing Peel Centre, Wolverhampton on behalf of our clients Peel Holdings.
The proposals seek to meet an identified need for a new food superstore within the Wolverhampton area, as well as bringing several regeneration benefits to the local and surrounding area.
NJL Consulting are currently in the process of liaising with the Council to discuss the appropriateness of the proposals in the context of PPS 4, Planning for Sustainable Economic Growth.
