Gamesa Renewable Energy Parks
Co-ordination of EIAs and planning applications for wind and solar renewable energy projects across the UK.
NJL has assisted Gamesa in appraising and taking forward through the planning process wind farm and photovoltaic projects in England, Scotland and Wales.
We have been engaged at an early stage in projects and undertaken reviews of previous technical work produced by others, initial appraisal of technical constraints, researching the planning and political landscape and providing strategies and programmes for projects.
Our role has then evolved to appoint and coordinate project teams, manage the application budgets and liaise with local authorities and stakeholders. We have then been instructed to produce environmental statements and submit planning applications for Gamesa, assisting with public consultations and those with members and key stakeholders.
