Peel Centre Retail Park, Stockport
NJL Consulting are retained planning consultants of Peel Centre Retail Park, Stockport on behalf of our client Peel Holdings. Peel Centre Retail Park is located within Stockport town centre, and is a popular retailing destination.
NJL Consulting have successfully acquired planning permission to extend and sub-divide several retailing units at the Park, which has improved the overall retail offer and attraction of the Park. We have also made formal representations and attended the Examination in Public to the Stockport Core Strategy on behalf Peel Holdings.
NJL Consulting is currently assessing the future strategy for the Park with Peel Holdings to ensure that it continues to play a pivotal role within the Stockport retail hierarchy. This will involve working alongside Stockport MBC to strengthen the retail offer and attraction of Stockport town centre.
