Snipe Retail Park, Ashton under Lyne
Masterplanning and setting the blueprint to secure the long term viability of the retail park and introduce new and complementary land uses
NJL are instructed to set the framework for delivering managed change at the site of Snipe Retail Park, Ashton under Lyne. This role requires NJL to assist and lead upon short term letting opportunities by securing necessary planning permissions. Longer term, the site benefits from several development opportunity zones within extent of the site, offering the opportunity to diversify the site into a mixed use destination to benefit the Ashton area. This involves bringing together highways, planning, sustainability and architectural disciplines to manage and promote a single strategy towards an agreed masterplan with the Local Authority and its stakeholders.
