Stapeley Water Gardens
Mixed use development delivering new relocated garden centre with continuity of use, upto 150 residential units, and 10,000 square metres of b1 office space.
NJL Consulting have successfully gained outline consent for the mixed use development and is working to ensure the land disposal and phasing requirements of the planning authority, the statutory consultees, and the commercial and housing development requirements can all be met and delivered through the reserved matters applications. The project involves the redevelopment of the 16 hectare garden centre site and Stapeley Manor. The outline consent requires the phased delivery of a mixture of uses and the provision of newt mitigation areas. NJL have project managed the planning application, conducted the utilities and site assessments, are preparing the phased demolition of the existing buildings, and are continuing to assist in the sale of the site to the prospective developers.
