NJL has submitted a full planning application on behalf of Northstone for a residential development of 108 dwellings at Garnet Fold, Bolton. The site includes several historic coal mines and so the proposed development includes a robust remediation strategy and sympathetic layout to enable this allocated housing site to come forwards to contribute towards Bolton’s housing land supply.
NJL consulting have just secured a significant new consent for a private client. This is for 3 new build houses and conversion of old barns for further residential development. This particular case, in Cheshire Green Belt is very significant for a few reasons.
