NJL are pleased to have submitted the first phase of housing at Wilmslow Road, Heald Green which will help cross-fund the Transformation Project at Seashell Trust. This reserved matters application follows the landmark appeal decision allowed by the Secretary of State in April 2020 which now represents the most recent and definitive cross-funding case in the Green Belt in the country.
We are delighted to have submitted a planning application, on behalf of NewRiver REIT UK Ltd (‘NewRiver’), for the change of use of underused floorspace at Priory Meadow Shopping Centre, Hastings, to enable occupation by The Gym Group.
The submission represents an important milestone in introducing complementary non-retail uses to a key area in Hastings town centre, within one of the larger town centre units.
