Plans submitted for homes at Little Eccleston, Fylde
Plans for 37 homes to be built in a village near Blackpool have been submitted to Fylde Borough Council on behalf of Wainhomes.
NJL Consulting’s Manchester office was instructed by Wainhomes (North West) Ltd to prepare and submit the application for the redevelopment of the Sunnydale Nurseries site in Little Eccleston.
The proposed homes, 30 per cent of which will be affordable, will provide a range of detached and semi-detached family homes to the outskirts of the village, helping to boost the housing supply in the village.
As emphasised within the supporting Planning Statement, there is an identified need for additional housing and affordable housing in the Fylde. The proposed development seeks to address this through the delivery of a high quality development of family housing, utilising a heavily developed brownfield site.
A host of technical documents were prepared in support of the planning application. NJL Consulting co-ordinated these documents. We will now monitor the planning application towards what we hope will be a positive outcome.
