Roundhouse Retail Park Submission at Cuerden Way, Lancashire
On behalf of Roundhouse Properties 368 LLP, our team submitted a reserved matters planning application for a new retail park at Cuerden Way, Bamber Bridge.
The proposed development will bring forward a new high-quality retail park on an underutilised brownfield site, so that it can contribute towards the economic performance of South Ribble. It forms part of the regeneration of the wider South Rings area, into which Roundhouse has been a key investor with the hugely successful Momentum@South Rings and South Rings Business Park.
We have been involved with this site since 2011, having previously secured outline planning permission and a number of variations to that consent to allow wider ranges of retail goods to be sold.
For this application we worked closely with the design and technical team (RGP Architects and PSA Design) to bring forward an acceptable design and prepare the planning application documentation including a Planning Statement.
We are now working with South Ribble Council to manage the application through the determination period.
