Combined the proposals seek to develop a total of 144 residential dwellings with a mix of private rented sector and market homes across the 4.05 ha site.

On behalf of Quorum Development Management and Seddon Homes, NJL Consulting have submitted a detailed planning application at land off Delta Crescent, Warrington. The proposal seeks to develop a total of 79 residential dwellings across the 3.07 ha site which will form a natural extension to existing development in the Westbrook area.

We are delighted to announce that MediaCityUK won Planning Permission of the Year at the Planning Awards 2017, run in conjunction with PlanningResource and PlacemakingResource. NJL Consulting worked on behalf of Peel Media Limited and joint venture between Peel Land and Property and Legal and General Capital to submit the application.
Phase 2 will double the size of MediaCityUK and represents a £1 billion investment in this location. It will bring forward c.1,800 apartments and 50,000 sq.m of offices with supporting retail, leisure, car parking and public realm.
NJL Consulting has submitted a detailed planning application, on behalf of Alliance Living Ltd, for a residential development of 14 dwellings in Whaley Bridge.
The development is located on a redundant industrial site to the east of Whaley Bridge town centre within the existing defined urban area. Located within a conservation area, the scheme will bring clear benefits through the demolition of a redundant negative building and sympathetic redevelopment to provide 14 much needed family homes.
