We are delighted to confirm our successes of recent permissions linked to Bridgwater Retail Park, Somerset.
NJL has acted as Possfund’s primary planning advisor on this site for over five years. Our most significant roles to date have revolved around the preparation, coordination and monitoring of a hybrid application for comprehensive redevelopment including new retail warehouse units and to enable the completion of vital highways infrastructure (The Leggar Link). Approved in March 2017, the hybrid application has been adapted through a number of amendment applications (which NJL has submitted), and works have commenced on site via successful discharge of conditions applications (also submitted by NJL).
On behalf of Roundhouse Properties 368 LLP, our team submitted a reserved matters planning application for a new retail park at Cuerden Way, Bamber Bridge.
The proposed development will bring forward a new high-quality retail park on an underutilised brownfield site, so that it can contribute towards the economic performance of South Ribble

NJL Consulting, on behalf of UK Land and Property (UKLP), has submitted a reserved matters planning application for the development of a 1,000,000 sq.ft warehouse in Bedfordshire. The site is located at Wixams Northern Expansion Area (NEA) and is to be home to a new B&M distribution hub.
In collaboration with UKLP, B&M, DLA Architecture, the Vinden Partnership and other co-consultants, NJL has managed the planning process, and reviewed and prepared technical reports, and consulted with stakeholders.
