NJL is led by partners Nick Lee, Rob White and Chris Jones supported by a team of qualified and experienced staff and a strong network of specialist sub-consultants.
Nick focuses on ensuring that the Planning Strategy will result in a profitable development, whilst Rob's focus is on ensuring that the appropriate Technical Solutions are applied to achieve viable sustainable development. Chris joined in 2009 to strengthen our Planning Delivery and links to Development Opportunities.

Our Approach
We work on the basis of strong relationships with clients and seek to offer business to business opportunities between clients where appropriate. NJL helps bring forward major commercial property developments and manages complex sustainability issues by developing viable delivery strategies.
We have established close working relationships with a wide range of clients including local and national government, developers and landowners, retailers, infrastructure providers, private individuals and companies. NJL has been involved in many high profile development projects, some of which are presented on the following pages and on our website.
On most projects we work across our three main disciplines depending on the individual requirements and focus of the proposals.
