Planner or Senior Planner in Manchester or Leeds

As a Planner or Senior Planner at NJL you will deal with many of our leading clients and will manage exciting large scale and complex projects through the planning process.  A self-motivated individual is required who can manage a challenging workload and who thrives within an ever-changing environment.  You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be able to demonstrate the ability to negotiate with external parties to represent your client’s best interests.  You will also be a diligent project manager who is detail oriented.

Role Requirements

  • 3+ years post-Masters qualified
  • Member of the RTPI
  • Drivers licence
  • Residential experience
  • Development management procedures experience
  • Local plan promotion expertise
  • Appeals experience (preferable)
