We have successfully undertaken targeted site finding exercises tailored to a particular client's requirements in a given search area. For identified sites we have appraised key development issues and put forward a development strategy to inform the planning strategy.
If retained to take forward specific sites, we aim to ensure that planning negotiations reflect commercial requirements and achieve best value for the site.
