Project Management
By combining NJL's in-house expertise and skills, we offer a planning phase project management service to help deliver successful schemes through the planning process.
This builds upon our work with ATLAS and the PAS in developing the planning performance agreement process.
Our approach is to break the planning process down into manageable phases, derive key actions, programme, appointments and budgets. We then sit between the client team, the project team and the external stakeholders to ensure that the phases are understood and delivered in the build up to an application and determination.
We have successfully undertaken this role for a number of key strategic projects providing certainty for the client and keeping the project on programme and to budget.
