NJL Consulting have a broad skills base that can address all areas of the development cycle for housing developers. We offer a range of pre-application services including identifying sites, site appraisals, performed the planning input in agreeing land sales, and conducting and overseeing the technical assessments necessary for housing applications.
NJL are currently working with a range of housing developers in submitting and monitoring planning application. As part of the planning function we have conducted a number of detailed reviews of 5-year housing land supply figures, annual monitoring reports, and housing trajectories to ensure housing sites are brought forward as soon as possible.
We have successfully negotiated on behalf of our clients on the key areas of housing applications, such as Affordable Housing and Sustainability/Code requirements, to ensure that planning permissions include the appropriate controls.
