OLIVER EVES

Oli joined NJL in May 2023 following 4 and a half years working in London. He has strong knowledge cross-sector, particularly in urban regeneration, mixed-use, permitted development rights, industrial and logistics and Green Belt / Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty- based development. Oli has worked for a large range of clients, both public and private sector, from smaller-scale independent developers through to national registered providers, pension funds and local authorities. 

Oli remains focused on the sectors above, as well as endeavouring to strengthen his knowledge in the retail and leisure sectors, amongst others. He continues to utilise his expertise in balancing client expectations and requirements against the intricacies of planning policy and regulation to secure the best outcomes, making sure risk versus reward is front and centre when clients are considering options. 
 
Oli has been a fully accredited member of the Royal Town Planning Institute for 4 and a half years. Prior to this, he attained a BA(Hons) in Geography from Newcastle University, followed by an MA in Town and Regional Planning from University of Sheffield.
