RACHEL GLOVER WHITE

Joining NJL in May 2021 as senior planner, Rachel brought her vast experience in urban, residential, regeneration, and mixed-use schemes to the team. Having completed her Master’s degree in Real Estate Planning while working her way up to the role of Senior Planner in a London-based consultancy. 
 
Since moving back up North, she’s maintained her focus on urban regeneration and high-density residential development - with some rural and Green Belt projects thrown in for good measure.
 
After being promoted to Associate Director after a little over a year at the company, Rachel is now responsible for representing a wide range of clients across all sectors, liaising with local authorities, and offering strategic advice. She also undertakes a lot of the in-house team management, briefing junior members, managing projects, and raising the profile of NJL through strategic marketing and wider business development.
