VICTORIA COLEMAN

Following on from her role at a large multidisciplinary practice in Manchester, Victoria joined NJL in April 2022 looking for a change of pace and greater responsibilities. Bringing her significant experience in residential, commercial, and logistics development, she’s been an asset to NJL, helping to manage schemes of varying complexity, size, and sector. Now she’s looking forward to broadening her skill set and experience even further over the coming years.

Able to balance developer needs and requirements with an in-depth understanding of planning policy, Victoria goes above and beyond to secure positive outcomes for her clients. She offers each one a personalised approach, quickly able to understand how she can best assist the project at hand. 

Victoria graduated from the University of Sheffield with an MA in Town and Regional Planning, and has a BSc (Hons) in Geography from Manchester Metropolitan University. She is also currently working towards becoming a member of the RTPI.
