NJL AND PURE PADEL

NJL are retained across all Pure Padel projects which cover a wide range of different planning applications depending on the location and need of the client.

 

NJL have acted on changes of use of existing logistics buildings for indoor courts, full applications for outdoor canopy courts, green belt cases on outdoor courts, certificate of lawfulness’ on indoor courts.

 

NJL provide planning advice in relation to early-stage feasibility advice, input into the scheme design, coordination of all supporting documentation to inform a planning applications and agreed the basis of the planning case in support of the application. As required, specialist inputs are provided to support a schemes such as sequential and impact assessments and employment supply and demand analysis.

 

Through close collaboration with the Council, we have a 100% success rate thus far receiving approval on 14 Pure Padel locations. We continue to work with Pure Padel on forthcoming schemes to ensure their growth and continued success.
